Shipping + Returns

  • Most items are dispatched within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. Support will reach out if there are any delays regarding an order.

  • ARI500 is currently unable to accept returns. We offer store credit or exchange within 10 days of purchase. Please contact us at info@ari500 for any questions regarding returns.

  • Order cancellations are accepted on a case by case basis. In the event your request to cancel is accepted, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the total purchase amount.

  • If any piece of your bag is proven to be faulty and/or damaged at no fault to the customer, ARI500 can facilitate a return for repair. Please email photos of your bag to info@ari500.com and add "Repair" in your subject line.
